Create a new instance of the generic animator.

Start value of animation.

End value of animation.
startTime
Type: SystemDateTime
Start of animation, should be expressed in UTC time.
endTime

End of animation, should be expressed in UTC time.
interpolator
Type: Grasshopper.GUIGH_AnimatorTInterpolate
Interpolation delegate.
