Remarks

IsActiveOnElement property has to be true. SegmentLengthRounding is meaningless if IsActiveOnElement is false.

Autodesk.Revit.Exceptions..::..ArgumentOutOfRangeException When setting this property: The rounding value is not a positive value.
Autodesk.Revit.Exceptions..::..InvalidOperationException When setting this property: IsActiveOnElement property is false.
